RECIPE: Glow & Hormone Balance Bowl
After 40, declining estrogen impacts our collagen production, hydration and skin elasticity. Simple additions to your diet like more antioxidants and healthy fats help counter this.
Breakfast is often where our best intentions slip away… Whether it’s lack of time, decision fatigue or simply putting yourself last in the morning rush.
That’s why we’re loving this Glow & Hormone Balance Bowl. It’s beauty nutrition your skin recognises immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Optional: protein powder and creatine powder
METHOD
- Layer everything in a bowl - super simple! If you are adding protein powder, just mix this through the yoghurt first before adding the other ingredients on top.
