Product Label Imperfections
A small number of Skin Renewal Body Elixir units may feature minor label bubbling due to a label application issue during production. This cosmetic imperfection affects the label only and does not impact the quality, safety, efficacy or performance of the product.
In line with our commitment to reducing unnecessary waste, these products remain available for sale and promotional gifting. The formulation inside is unchanged and meets all of our quality standards.
Label imperfections of this nature do not constitute a product fault and are not eligible for return, refund or replacement on this basis alone.
Dispatch & Shipping Delays
Due to high order volumes during our EOFY sale, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Our team is working hard to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please also be mindful that Australia Post may have their own delivery delays as it's a busy time for their network.

All domestic orders within Australia for $99 or more receive FREE standard shipping.
All domestic orders within Australia under $99 are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.
Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.
Standard shipping for international orders will vary based on value, weight and location.
International Shipping Costs
The cost is calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Order cancellation:
If requested, we will cancel an order before it has been processed. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, we are unable to cancel the order, and it will be necessary to arrange a return at your cost.
