Detox Your Holiday Skin

Follow our skin detox ritual to reveal your clear, healthy & luminous complexion:
1. Hydration
Water intake can slip throughout busy, holiday times, aim for 2 litres per day to rehydrate & assist in flushing out toxins.

2. Wholefoods
Refocus your energy on colourful, whole-foods from nature. Less sugar & processed foods will improve your skin health while your body naturally detoxes. A few of our favourite foods that help to detox the skin are:

3. Exfoliate
As your skin starts the detoxification process, it's an important time to exfoliate the dead skin cells, bringing the healthy layer to the surface. 4. Sleep
There's a reason it's called 'beauty sleep'... Adequate sleep gives your skin a chance to repair as the skin cells regenerate from daily environmental aggressors (sun exposure, chemicals, pollution etc). While you're sleeping, your collagen production kicks in, keeping skin firm & preventing skin ageing.
