Green Goddess Glowing Skin Smoothie
Trudi’s favourite smoothie from Sol Cleanse supports hydration, collagen production and gives a radiant complexion from the inside out.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of nut or soy milk
- 1 frozen banana or ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ cup steamed frozen zucchini
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp Sol Cleanse Plant Protein Vanilla
- 1 tsp seeds (chia, flax, hemp, sunflower, or pumpkin)
- ½ tsp spirulina or wheatgrass
- Thumb-sized piece of ginger
- Optional: 1 tsp raw local honey for added sweetness
METHOD:
- Pour the milk into your high-powered blender, followed by all other ingredients. Blend for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the smoothie evenly between two glasses, and if you’re in the mood for a little extra texture, sprinkle some chia seeds, hemp seeds, or shredded coconut on top.
